Sometimes life's so hard,
It just does not seem fair.
With what you're going through
Know I always will be there.
Squeeze me if you're angry

Stroke me when you're lonely
As you begin the healing.

As I calm your painful fears,
Blessings and peace will come

What's happening right now
Seems really, really bad.
You must often wonder
If you ever will be glad.
So if you're feeling angry,
Boys and girls sometimes do.
Just squeeze me real hard,
You'll feel better when you're through.
I'm there while you're sleeping
Then in your school bag I'll be.
So when you're sad or lonely
I am there for you to see.
I'll remind you that you're special
Loved by me and others too.
This hard time will get better.
